Ok I will be attempting an all natural, at home, cellulite treatment that is made of every day ingredients that you should be able to find around your house or at the local super market.
I will be using myself as a guinea pig and may be posting before and after pics if it works.
It is a 2 month process done everyday and I will be posting updates so that any of you may try it if it seams to be working
Here is the program
1. Cardio- Get 1 hour of cardio every day.
2. Target exercise- work out the target area. You usually have cellulite in the places that aren't worked enough causing stagnation. Think of it like a stagnant pond. All the toxins get trapped there.
3. Lymph massage- everyday. The easiest way to do a lymph massage is to use a detachable shower head. Put it on massage mode and follow your lymph up your inner thighs, in the crevasse between your groin and thighs, then do a circle on your abdominal. Then massage up your inner arms and do circles in your arm pits. Then do the base of your scull and down the sides of your neck.
4. Coffee scrub- everyday. Take 1/2cup coffee grounds, just enough coconut and jojoba oil to make a paste, 10 droops of lemon essential oil and 10 drops of grapefruit essential oil and mix together. Get naked. Go out side in your yard and wet your body with the hose. Scrub your problem areas with the coffee mixture well, then lay in the shade on an old sheet or towel and read a book for 10 to 20 min.. rinse and your done. You could also do this in your bath tub if you don’t have privacy in your yard.
5. Take baths- everyday. Get the bath as hot as you can get it. Add 1/4 cup baking soda or Epsom salt, 20 drops lemon essential oil, 20 drops grapefruit essential oil and lots of sea weed. Soak for as long as you can then stand up and run cold water on your body with the shower. Then sit back down and soak for as long as you can. Repeat this for up to an hour. Be careful to move slowly as your can get faint when you stand after being in hot water. If you feel like you are going faint take fast deep breaths in and out through your nose to pump oxygen into your system.
6. Massage- everyday. Add 10 drops of lemon essential oil and 10 drops of grapefruit essential oil to a 4 oz bottle of jojoba carrier oil. Massage your whole body making sure to roll, pummel, pinch and slap your problem areas.
That’s it.
Sounds like a lot but it really feels good, so enjoy =)!
